Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 September 2026

1. Introduction

1logik ("we", "us", "our") operates the 1logik platform, including the web application at app.1logik.com and connected integrations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information in the following ways:

  • Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and the account identifier supplied by Microsoft or Google sign-in. We do not receive your Google or Microsoft password.
  • Business Data:With your organisation's authorisation, we connect to third-party platforms (Shopify, Microsoft Business Central, Zendesk, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others) to sync business data into your organisation's dedicated data warehouse.
  • Conversation Data: Messages exchanged with your AI assistant are stored to provide continuity and improve the service.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and technical information such as browser type and IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the 1logik platform
  • To sync and process business data from connected platforms on behalf of your organisation
  • To deliver AI-powered insights and assistance to authorised users
  • To improve and personalise your experience
  • To communicate with you about your account and service updates
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats

4. Data Processing & Storage

1logik uses Google Cloud infrastructure and separates access by organisation and user:

  • Business data is stored in a dedicated Google Cloud BigQuery dataset within the tenant's own Google Cloud project.
  • Conversation data is stored in a dedicated Firestore database within the tenant's own Google Cloud project.
  • Account, integration and access-control records are held in the platform's PostgreSQL control-plane database. OAuth credentials are encrypted before storage.
  • Agent execution can retain conversation context and generated files. Authorised users can create shared conversations and outputs, so information included in those outputs may be visible to their audience.
  • Our primary hosting region is London, United Kingdom. AI processing and other service providers may process data in other locations under the applicable service arrangements.

5. Third-Party Integrations

1logik connects to third-party platforms to sync data on your organisation's behalf. These integrations require explicit authorisation from your organisation's administrator. We access only the data necessary to provide the service. Third-party platforms we may connect to include:

  • Shopify (orders, products, customers)
  • Microsoft Business Central (finance, inventory)
  • Zendesk (support tickets)
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Ads (analytics and advertising performance)
  • Microsoft 365 (email, files, calendar — per-user authorisation)

Data synced from these platforms is processed by Airbyte (self-hosted, open-source) and stored in your organisation's dedicated BigQuery dataset. Data used in assistant requests may also be processed by the service providers described below. We do not sell this data.

Google account and integration data

Signing in with Google provides your account identifier, email address and basic profile details for authentication. It does not by itself authorise access to Analytics, advertising accounts, email, calendars or documents. Available integrations request their own permissions when connected. Availability depends on the features enabled for your organisation.

When you or your organisation authorises Google Analytics access, 1logik can read account and property information, reporting metadata and analytics reports for the connected properties. We use this information to set up the connection, answer analytics questions and produce reports. If warehouse syncing is enabled, reporting data is copied into your organisation's warehouse. The read-only Analytics connection cannot change your Analytics settings.

Integration data used in a question or report may be included in the conversation, agent context and generated output, and sent to the configured AI provider to generate the requested response. Hosting, storage and integration services process the data needed to deliver these features. Encrypted authorisation tokens are used to authenticate requests and maintain the connection.

You can remove 1logik's access in your Google Account connections. This stops future access through that Google grant; it does not automatically erase reports, conversations or warehouse data already created. To request removal of stored Google-derived data, contact privacy@1logik.com. We verify the request and explain which records can be removed, any required retention and the deletion schedule. Organisation-owned reports and warehouse data are also managed by your organisation. Removing a Google Account grant does not remove a service account's separate Analytics property permissions; your organisation can manage those in Google Analytics.

1logik's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. Human access is limited to what is permitted by that policy, such as support with your consent, security investigation or legal obligations. Gmail, Calendar and personal Drive capabilities will have additional feature-specific disclosures before they become available; this notice does not indicate that those connections are currently enabled.

6. AI Processing

1logik uses large language models (LLMs) to provide AI assistant functionality. Conversation data and business context may be sent to AI model providers (such as Anthropic and Google) to generate responses. We select providers with appropriate data processing agreements in place. Your business data is not used to train third-party AI models.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal or business data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: Google Cloud Platform (hosting, storage), AI model providers (response generation), GitHub (configuration management).
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your organisation maintains an active account. Upon termination, we will delete or anonymise your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law. Your organisation's administrator can request data export or deletion at any time.

9. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, tenant-level isolation via separate Google Cloud projects, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Request data portability
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below.

11. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
